It was a great adventure, long conversations with the future owner, descriptions of emotions, views, remembered moments and reflections on them. Then conversations about associations, shapes and finally on my choice of the colors.

After determining the size of the canvas, I started conceptual work, sketches, playing with colors, preliminary tests - while remaining in friendly contact with the client.

The future owner of my art knew the direction of my work, its stages in terms of time and technology, BUT - as is usually the case in the creative process - the final stage of work on the painting remained a sweet secret ;)

Thanks to these conversations and informal contact, the whole process went smoothly and calmly, and the new owner of the Forest was enchanted by the painting that already hangs in her Brussels apartment - which I am very happy about!

While creating THE FORREST on canvas - two additional paintings of INTO THE WOODS I and

INTO THE WOODS II

were created (acrylic on a board covered with canvas, size 20 cm by 30 cm), which I just placed in my store - SHOP tab.

I must say that these works look great together ;)
